Our World Awards PROJECT

The winner of the Our World Award receives a handsome trophy financed by the Roche Colorado Corporation, one of the Award sponsors, as well as $1,000 cash award from the Boulder Rotary Club.

Previous winners of the Our World Award include Wild Bear Science School, Extras for Education, Boulder Energy Conservation Center, Thorne Ecological Institute, Roy Young, David Adamson, David Johnston, Boulder Community Hospital and the Cal-Wood Education Center.

 

This year’s Our World Award will be presented at the Annual Dinner for the Center for ReSource Conservation on January 19, 2007, which takes place at the Boulder Theater, 2032 14th Street. Tickets for the CRC’s Annual Dinner are $75 per person and should be purchased in advance.

 

Those who wish to nominate an individual, business or organization should provide: the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the nominee (and the name of a contact person if the nominee is a business or non-profit organization), as well as the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the person submitting the nomination.

If possible, please provide information about the nominee and his/her/its work, as well as information about the how the nominee has contributed to the betterment and understanding of conservation or the environment.
